Updated to 0.9.21

Hello,

Here's a small update on the latest changes in both the demo and main game.

• Added flashlight. Haruki can use a flashlight at any time in any of the scenes where he's standing. It can be enabled/disabled in his backpack.
• There are more ghostly things going on. They are being weaved into the story as well. In the main game, some of these apparitions can essentially end the game early if not handled properly or if you can't escape in time.
• There is a new "glimmer" or "shimmer" effect for things that are considered very important, especially for opening up a different section of the game or story. It doesn't happen often so hopefully it stands out just enough.
• As always, more bug fixes and tweaks.
